fantastic stay
convenient location fresh towels staff attention
The location is very convenient. I could walk to many attractions. the room was a superior double room. daily cleaning included fresh towels and tidying, which i appreciated. staff attention to detail was apparent throughout the hotel.
My room faced the inner courtyard. the noise was quite loud even with the window closed. i was not offered a solution at the reception.

The front desk provided helpful assistance with directions. Lauda and sevilla were particularly resourceful. they printed documents for me when i needed help with lost travel documents. I was grateful for their support, a great help.

the restaurant offered a very good breakfast and lunch service. the breakfast had many options, including hot and cold selections. the hotel bar provided a pleasant atmosphere and offered a selection of drinks.

The rooms were spacious. I easily opened two large suitcases and still had ample space! the desk staff provided useful assistance. daily room cleaning included fresh towels.

breakfast options central location helpful staff
The breakfast buffet includes many options. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The location allowed quick access to several attractions. It was easy for me to walk to museums and shops. Staff was helpful when i asked for directions.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from the street at night. This disturbed my sleep one night.
